Your exciting responsibilities include:

• ensuring the continuous improvement of the user experience of our new products.
• tackling tough design and product problems.
• taking ownership for the entire development cycle from testing to going live and always supporting your team to find the right story split as well as technical implementation.
• working in a SCRUM team.
• You will be part of a team, with a large amount of ownership and responsibility for setting best practices and raising the front-end bar for your team.

• Improve our website that serves more than 5 million students in 9 different countries.
• Discovery and implementation of new A/B tests and features
• Participate in product discussions on SEO-related topics
• Collaborate in a team environment, making architectural trade-offs required to rapidly deliver software solutions
• Take end-to-end responsibility for projects in a cross-functional team, and iterate quickly during the product development cycle. As well as, ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering peers.
• Check the code of other team members, assist in testing and deploying, debugging and fixing issues

• Passionate about React.js and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Rest APIs and WebSockets
• Write well-structured, maintainable, and efficient code and actively keep the quality of the codebase in check.
• Used to working in an English-speaking environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and enjoy learning on the job.
• Nice to have: Some experience with SSR (e.g. Next.js)
